1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using VideoWatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

VideoWatch is a video monitoring tool that scans websites and channels you specify for new video content, stores metadata about discovered videos, and sends notifications. We do not host or serve any video content ourselves.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VideoWatch only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Monitor websites or channels without authorisation to do so
• Use the service to scrape, harvest, or collect data for commercial resale
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Use the service to infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Share your account credentials with third parties

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Free and Paid Plans

VideoWatch offers a free plan with limited features and paid plans with higher limits. Free plan limits include a maximum of 3 monitored sites, 200 stored videos, and a minimum scan interval of 6 hours. Paid plan features are subject to the pricing in effect at the time of subscription.

6. Data and Privacy

We store your account information, the URLs you monitor, and metadata about discovered videos (titles, thumbnails, dates). We do not sell your data to third parties. Scan activity is logged for security and debugging purposes.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss caused by service interruptions.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

VideoWatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
